MINI-AUCTION 

AUCTION BIDDING PROCESS

BIDDING OPENS:   WEDNESDAY • DEC. 11
                                  9:00 AM – 8:00 PM DAILY
BIDDING CLOSES:  THURSDAY • DEC. 12
(NO BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED BEFORE OR AFTER THESE TIMES)

PLACING BIDS
​
    NOTE: BIDS MUST BE IN $5.00 INCREMENTS ONLY!

1.  Click "BID NOW" button next to the item you are interested in 
​     and a separate "Bid Form" will open up for you to fill out.

2.  Fill out "BID FORM" completely with all required information. 

3.  Click "SEND BID NOW" to finalize the bid and send it to us!

CURRENT HIGH BIDS
All current high bids for each item will be listed to the left of the photo with the name of the current bidder directly below that.
     NOTE: BID UPDATES ARE DONE MANUALLY... 
​     ​AND WILL BE SHOWN APPROXIMATELY EVERY 30 MINUTES OR SOONER.
​
  • At the end of the Mini-Auction, the bids come in extremely quick and are digitally logged in by exact time received.
  • Due to this large influx of bids in a very short period of time, 
    it's impossible to post on the web page every last minute update by hand.
  • We suggest making your highest bid at that point in time and not rely on the site visuals. ​
  • Don't forget to refresh your screen often --
    to check for bid updates to appear. 

THE WINNING BIDS
  • The highest bid for each item, as of 8:00 pm on 
    Thursday, December 12, will be declared the winner.
  • In the case of a tie among bids, the high bid that was received first will be declared the winner.
  • Winning bidders will be notified by email or phone, no later than Monday, December 16, at 5:00 pm.
  • Arrangements for payment/pick-up of items will also be made
    at the time of winner notification.

HOW THE "MINI-AUCTION" HELPS STUDENTS
The Lindbergh Schools Foundation hosts multiple online Mini-Auctions per year. 

The proceeds collected from
these Mini-Auctions help support projects and initiatives in the district that enhance the educational experience for students. 

These significant projects include the Spirit of Lindbergh Teacher Grants and the Foundation Scholarship Program, and the History Alive Program.
